Hi we got our van from these guys and they where able to explain things to me when I asked them ?s such as I asked them what the difference was between Kelly blue book and nada and basically you want to go by NADA not Kelly because all the banks go by NADA not Kelly they wont even look at Kelly blue book. Finally a place that isn't pushy we went to jays first drove 3 cars but then went to 2 other places and looked and we decided to go right back to Jays everything is very laid back and much cleaner cars.
